Owaza’s new playground concept required more than visuals - it needed a character system that could embody the brand. Skinn invited us to create a lively family of 3D figures, each with its own personality and charm. From design to animation, we shaped warm, expressive characters that embody connection and play, now serving as the friendly faces of the brand and adding a bright, welcoming energy to every touchpoint. The result is not just a set of characters, but a recognizable visual language that brings consistency, emotion and memorability to Owaza’s communication.

The models were shaped with soft, rounded forms to give them a handcrafted feel. We used matte clay like materials with subtle surface variation to create a warm, tactile look.
We went through many variations, adjusting forms and details to find the right personality and tone. The final designs are the result of iterating until the characters felt warm, inviting, and unmistakably Owaza.
