Stas

When our partner STAS approached us with the ECAS (Electronically Controlled Air Suspension) project, we recognized a significant "knowledge gap". While the transport industry is shifting toward intelligent, automated systems, much of the magic happens inside modulators and sensors, completely invisible to the naked eye. STAS needed a way to show drivers and dealers exactly how this next-generation suspension outperforms traditional mechanical valves. As a creative studio, our goal was to translate these complex technical innovations into a series of clear, engaging 3D animations that bridge that gap.

To make the "invisible" visible, Studio Plankton developed a comprehensive three-part video series. We began with the fundamentals of air suspension and showed how bellows provide the essential strength and stability for a trailer. From there, we dove into the core of the ECAS system: the precision of electronic height sensors and modulators.

Beyond the technical "why," we focused on the "how". The ECAS system offers sophisticated automated features that many drivers might not realize are even active. By combining technical drawings with full-quality 3D renders and clear voice-overs, we turned complex operations into intuitive, visual instructions.

For Studio Plankton, this project was about more than just rendering trailers; it was about technical storytelling. We are proud to have helped STAS turn a technical innovation into a powerful communication tool for their global network.
